(VOVworld) – The revised Constitution should be diffused across the population with its content strictly followed in all aspects of life. This was stated in a report by the National Assembly’s Law Committee presented at the on-going 23^rd session of the National Assembly's Standing Committee in Hanoi.
At the meeting, chaired by NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, agencies are urged to restructure their organizations, and redefine their tasks and authorities to operate effectively in line with the revised Constitution’s regulations. Meanwhile, delegates agreed that legal documents should be thoroughly checked to ensure timely revisions and new issuance when needed. Activities to publicize the Constitution will start early next month to guarantee an effective and coordinated implementation.

Deputies contributed their opinions to the implementation of the newly revised constitution. They agreed that as the constitution takes effect next year, unconstitutional legal documents should be eliminated immediately. National Assembly vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong said communication should be stepped up: “There should be a resolution on how the National Assembly Standing Committee implements National Assembly resolutions. Local party committees and administrations and the political system should be involved in disseminating the constitution.”
