Enhancing Vietnam-Singapore security cooperation

(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Ministry of Public Security and the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs will enhance their partnership with a focus on fighting crimes and ensuring security and safety for the public.
Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang made the remark at a reception for Permanent Secretary of the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs Leo Yip in Hanoi yesterday.

He said both ministries should closely cooperate in crime prevention and control to ensure safety for their citizens living in the other country.
At their 8th conference at the permanent deputy minister level, Permanent Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Van Hieu and Secretary Yip signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the two ministries.
