(VOVWORLD) - Ethnic culture will entice visitors to the culture-tourism week of Mu Cang Chai terraced rice fields, which will open in late September in Yen Bai province.
 Mu Cang Chai is famous for its 700 hectares of terraced rice fields.

There will be a panpipe competition, a paragliding race over Khau Pha pass, an ethnic market, a photo exhibit, and film screenings. Organizers will operate tours to the terraced fields and a mobile library serving 4 local communes.
