(VOVworld) – 22 senior European diplomats visited Gaza on Tuesday and called for the Israeli blockade on Gaza to be lifted.

Ambassadors from 22 EU countries visited to assess the progress of Gaza’s reconstruction. Ralph Tarraf, head of the EU delegation to the West Bank and Gaza Strip, urged Israel to end the blockade on Gaza, calling it a necessary step to bring about a political, security, and economic change for the area.
