(VOVworld) - The European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) in Vietnam has published its major activities for 2016 and programs to help local businesses stay connected with their counterparts in the EU.

At the launch ceremony in Hanoi on Thursday, EuroCham Chairwoman Nicolo Connolly said this year the agency will initiate action plans equivalent to changes in the relations between Vietnam and the EU.

In order to also support the business community better, it will focus on increasing communications and exchanges among the relevant agencies, associations, and enterprises.

EuroCham will promote projects to support EU small and medium-sized enterprises regarding intellectual property rights in Southeast Asia, green growth, and surveying the Business Climate Index.
