External information to serve target audience

Vo Van Thuong told a workshop to review the 5-year implementation of the Party directives on foreign affairs communications on Wednesday in Hanoi that external information service should focus on research and forecast of international development and promotion of Vietnam’s overseas media outlets to counter reactionary distortion.
