(VOVworld) – On Thursday Ha Giang province’s People’s Committee held a conference to discuss external relations in 2016.

In an address, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung said the province should map out orientations for its external relations over the next 5 years as a way to promote local development. He stressed the need to improve training for those involved in external relations and step up efforts to preserve the cultures of local ethnic groups.
