In a workshop held by the Youth Newspaper in Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Head of the municipal overseas Vietnamese committee, Tran Hoa Phuong, said provinces should speed up administrative reform, transparency and disclosure of available property for foreigners and supportive policies for overseas Vietnamese buyers: “To implement the 2014 Law on Housing, we need more detailed instructions on capital transfer into and out of Vietnam.
This will ensure foreign investors and overseas Vietnamese about the legitimacy of their property transactions in Vietnam.”
