The festivals featured a photo exhibition, lion dances, art performances, sports competition, folk games, and food display.

Ban Gioc is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Southeast Asia and was touted by the travel site Touropia as one of world’s top ten magnificent waterfalls. The central government plans to develop the Ban Gioc waterfall tourism complex and local authorities seek to lure greater investment in the waterfall site.
