First football tournament for disadvantaged children to take place next year
(VOVWORLD) - The first football tournament for disadvantaged children nationwide is set to take place early next year, as part of for a program called ‘Spring for Children’.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the National Fund for Vietnamese Children, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Vietnam Football Federation will co-organize the event. The tournament will involve about 60 teams.
The “Spring for Children” program will begin on January 6 at the Hanoi Opera House, where Tet presents will be given to disadvantaged children.
