(VOVworld) - The first international traditional Vietnamese martial arts championship concluded in Hanoi on Tuesday.

With 41 gold medals, the Vietnamese team led the competition, followed by the Russian and Belarusian teams.

Addressing the closing ceremony, Tran Manh Hung, Secretary General of the World Vovinam Federation, said that bringing together 29 foreign teams and the host team was an event designed to preserve and develop the traditional culture, patriotism, and sporting spirit of the Vietnamese people.
