(VOVworld) – A conference was held in Hanoi on Monday to review the implementation of the Prime Minister’s decision on incentives for former young volunteers.

After 3 years and a half approximately 6,000 former young volunteers have been recognized as martyrs and tens of thousands of injured volunteers have been recognized as war invalids. Delegates said 25% of the former volunteers have not received any state incentive and proposed increasing monthly allowances for former young volunteers.
