(VOVworld) – On Monday, French Ambassador to Vietnam Jean-Noel Poirier presented French orders to 2 outstanding individuals of Thua Thien-Hue province for their contributions to bilateral cooperation in culture, education, and healthcare.

Nguyen Van Me, former Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and former Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, received the National Order of Merit.
