Global HR Forum 2017 opens in Hanoi

(VOVWORLD) - The Global HR Forum Vietnam 2017, initiated by South Korea, opened in Hanoi on Thursday. This year’s forum commemorates the 25^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.

At the forum entitled “From miracles on the Han River to the Red River”, South Korean delegates talked about various strategies the country had successfully implemented in human resources development. They also shared best practices in global talent education, training, and the utilization of human resources.

"We’re taking steps to improve the skills and qualifications of Vietnamese human resources on a par with advanced countries around the world. At this forum, opportunities and challenges facing the development of high quality human resources will be discussed to seek solutions to better satisfy increasing demands for human resources in the new contexts, contributing to improving Vietnam-South Korea’s strategic partnership.", said Vietnamese Education Minister Phung Xuan Nha at the event.

The forum will conclude on Friday.
