(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and leaders of Nghe An province in Vinh city on Sunday night visited and gave cash to help family of colonel Tran Quang Khai who died on a training mission in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An air space.

Deputy PM Dung said the Party and State always value the sacrifices of military personnel in the recent air accident, including colonel Tran Quang Khai. He pledged that the government will do its utmost to search for the missing officers and overcome the aftermath.

Earlier the same day, senior lieutenant general Luong Cuong, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army visited and shared the sorrow with family of pilot Tran Quang Khai. He said the loss is not only suffered by Khai’s family but also by the Party, State, army and people of Vietnam.
