Closing the government’s monthly meeting for June, the Prime Minister said Vietnam is likely to achieve a GDP growth rate of 6.7%. Phuc stressed on the need to strengthen administrative reforms:“It’s necessary to improve the business environment. Ministries, sectors and localities need to effectively implement the government resolutions. We also need to accelerate the disbursement of investment capital, focus on helping farmers to restore agricultural production, especially in the Mekong River Delta, south central region and the central highlands. Expanding the export market and the local consumption market is also one of the major tasks”.
