At a gathering to celebrate the Great National Unity Festival in Hanoi and mark the 86th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Binh praised the local achievements of 2016 in the campaign to build new rural and urban areas. He asked local people to strengthen the great national unity bloc and build consensus in local socio-economic development.
