(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has asked Ha Giang province to mobilize all possible capital resources to upgrade its local infrastructure while offering investors with preferential conditions to boost local tourism development and increase the value of the mineral and agricultural sectors. At a meeting with the provincial authorities on Wednesday, he called for more effort to lift Ha Giang out of poverty while stressing the importance of organizing Party Congresses at all levels in preparation for the upcoming 12^th National Party Congress. He asked the province to tap local strengths in the construction material, mineral, and agro-forestry industries, as well as cross-border trade services to improve its competitiveness and investment environment.
