(VOVworld) – Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung attended a working session with Beijing Mayor Wang Anshun on Tuesday during a working visit to China with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

The two sides hailed the sound traditional friendship and cooperation between the two capitals over the past two decades. They underlined the significance of maintaining high-level delegation exchanges to help increase bilateral cooperative relations and the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China. The two leaders agreed that in the coming time, Hanoi and Beijing will continue exchange activities, enhance cooperation in culture and tourism, share experience in urban planning and management, and promote trade, investment, and finance. The two cities are moving to sign an agreement to elevate their collaboration to a new height.
