The event was chaired by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung. Mr. Phuc urged people to use public transport to reduce the number of motorbikes and cars. It is also essential to publicize information to encourage people to follow traffic laws.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked Hanoi to mobilize social resources to improve the infrastructure and seek measures to reduce traffic jams during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday.
