Hanoi, Seoul promote cooperation in various fields
(VOVworld) – A Hanoi delegation led by Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Council has paid a working visit to Seoul, South Korea to co-organize the program “Hanoi Days in Seoul 2016” marking 20 years of cooperation between Hanoi and Seoul.

On Thursday, the delegation met with Mr. Yang Chun-uk, Chairman of Seoul Council, and Mr. Ryu Gyeong-Gi, First Deputy Mayor of Seoul city. The two sides reviewed the cooperation between the two cities over the past 20 years and the implementation of the signed cooperative agreements and worked out priorities for cooperation in the future. Seoul leaders said the city has always considered Hanoi an important partner that it wants to maintain relations and develop cooperation with.
On Thursday evening, the “Hanoi Days in Seoul 2016” program opened at Cheonggye square with various art and music performances typical of Hanoi. The program also included photo exhibition on Hanoi and an investment promotion workshop.
