Hanoi urged to uphold its vanguard role
(VOVworld)- A conference to promote investment and improve the business environment opened Hanoi on Saturday. At the conference, Hanoi leaders promised to create favorable conditions and an open investment environment, and accelerate administrative reforms.

In his address, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said:
“Hanoi needs to take the lead and become a center for start-ups and creativity of Vietnam. To this end, local authorities need to introduce initiatives to support star-up models, promote the IT application, and keep its commitments with enterprises”.
Prime Minister asked Hanoi to develop inter-regional connectivity and expand development spaces. On the occasion, Hanoi calls for investment in 52 projects with total capital of more than 338 trillion VND.
