(VOVworld) – Hanoi’s People’s Court discussed its plans for 2016 on Tuesday. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the court should implement Party and National Assembly resolutions on crime prevention and law enforcement as well as focusing on resolving major cases and avoid cases from being annulled. He asked the Hanoi People’s Court to accelerate judicial and administrative reforms to increase transparency.
