During a special banquet for participants of the “Symposium on Promoting Economic, Financial and Social Inclusion in APEC”, Mr. Phong stressed that HCMC wants to contribute more to connecting urban centres, businesses, and citizens of APEC countries, in order to build a dynamic and prosperous APEC. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son said he hopes HCMC will integrate more into the regional and global economy, and become one of the development centers of the Asia-Pacific region.
