(VOVworld)- HCM City has launched various programs in response to the Earth Hour Campaign. Editor in Chief of the Liberated Saigon newspaper, which co-organized the campaign in Vietnam, expressed his hope that this year’s Earth Hour will become a community event as it has attracted thousands of volunteers with several initiatives related to climate change. The campaign is encouraging the public to turn off their lights for one hour on March 31^st and to use environmentally-friendly products.
