Mr. Tuyen expressed his wish that Singapore will realise the cooperation potential in carrying out sub-projects for HCM City’s smart city building plan, including building a smart operation centre and developing new residential areas. HCM City hopes to expand bilateral partnerships in priority fields, like waterway transport, logistics, and flood prevention.

Mr. Ong said HCM City is poised to continue its dynamic development trend, especially if it is able to use high tech wisely. Singapore businesses are ready to share their experience and help plan and construct an urban innovation centre, he added.
