(VOVworld) – The 21^st session of HCM city’s 8^th People’s Council closed on Thursday.

Delegates reviewed the city’s development and the council’s activities over the last 5 years. In his address, Dinh La Thang, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, praised the council’s performance and innovations and urged continued reforms in the years to come.
