(VOVWORLD) - Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organizational Commission Pham Minh Chinh visited flood victims in Muong Lat district, Thanh Hoa province on Saturday.

As the area was isolated from national road over the past 10 days, the Party official asked for rapid clearance of roads. He expressed his empathy and presented gifts to local people in Tam Chung commune, who had to evacuate due to recent floods.
