(VOVworld) - Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has extended her lead over Republican rival Donald Trump to eight percentage points, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Tuesday.

According to the July 28- August 1 online poll of nearly 1,300 likely voters, about 43 percent of voters favored Ms. Clinton, 35 per cent favored Mr. Trump, and 9 per cent preferred other candidates.
