At the signing ceremony, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said the event will be a milestone in Vietnam-RoK strategic cooperative partnership and the relations between Ho Chi Minh City and RoK localities.

Ho Chi Minh City and Gangwon province in the Republic of Korea on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding

He said the city currently needs investment in health, biotechnology, and energy, which are the strengths of Gangwon. Gangwon Governor Choi Moon-soon said his province is committed to closer cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City.
