Ho Chi Minh City honors 2018 best initiatives for community
(VOVWORLD) - The 14 best initiatives to develop the community of Ho Chi Minh City in 2018 were honored on Wednesday by the municipal Department of Science and Technology.

The top prize went to Le Thien Phuc, a teacher at Phu Nhuan secondary school, who developed new teaching methods to make students more interested. Since 2015 50 initiatives in the form of products, models, solutions, and publications have been honored for promoting a modern, civilized Ho Chi Minh City.
