The Chairman of Ho Chi Minh municipal People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan, said: “Each Party member, official, and citizen of Ho Chi Minh city will do their best to build and develop Ho Chi Minh city into a civilized and modern metropolis. This will contribute to national construction and defense and the goal of a wealthy people, strong country, and democratic, fair and civilized society moving toward socialism”.
