(VOVworld) - Hue international cuisine festival 2016 will take place from 28th April to 2nd May in the framework of Hue Festival 2016. The event will attract the attendance of more than 100 domestic and international booths coming from cities and provinces within Vietnam and 15 regional countries.
The food festival chief organizer, Dinh Manh Thang, says the festival aims to promote Vietnamese and regional food specialities and cultural exchanges: “During this 2nd gastronomy festival, participants from Portugal, France, Japan and South Korea will join chefs from ASEAN and 23 Vietnamese cities and provinces. We encouraged local chefs to bring here their special local cuisines.”
