(VOVworld)- The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Thursday said North Korea's Yongbyon nuclear complex appears to have re-started its reactor. Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Yuyika Amano said the IAEA has been watching developments and activities around the Yongbyon nuclear complex, mainly through satellite images. However, according to Amano, the IAEA cannot get near this area and cannot say with certainty that the reactor has been re-started.
