(VOVworld) – Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh has asked relevant agencies to improve communications for patriotic emulation movements to raise public awareness on national reform, construction, and defense.

Ms. Thinh, who is first Vice Chairwoman of the Central Council for Emulation and Reward, told a seminar Tuesday on improving communications for patriotic emulations movements, towards successful implementation of the 12^th Party Congress’ resolution. “It’s necessary to enhance communications for emulation movements with refreshed content and forms to make drastic changes in awareness and actions of the whole political system and generate profound momentum for national unity in the renewal process.”
