(VOVworld) – An incense offering ceremony to commemorate the 109th birth anniversary of late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was held at his memorial house on Sunday in Duc Tan commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province.

Prime Minister Pham Van Dong is considered Vietnam’s great politician, culture figure, and an outstanding leader of the Vietnamese Communist Party and revolution. During 41 years as a Party Politburo member, and 32 years as Prime Minister, Prime Minister Pham Van Dong made great contribution to the revolution and the nation.
