India media: Vietnamese President’s State visit will boost bilateral trade ties

(VOVWORLD) -Economy should lie at the heart of India-Vietnam relations, according to an article posted on the Times of India on Tuesday, on the occasion of the visit to India by Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang later this week.

Titled “Move on Economics: Vietnam President’s upcoming visit should boost bilateral trade and business ties”, the article cited a recent survey showing Vietnam was one of the fastest growing economies over the past 10 years. According to the Times of India, the achievements have helped Vietnam become India’s ideal economic partner in Southeast Asia and made Vietnam-India ties a pillar in New Delhi’s Act East policy.
