Mr. Widodo is scheduled to meet with President Tran Dai Quang to discuss maritime and fisheries cooperation and the completion of Exclusive Economic Zone boundaries in the East Sea, according to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arrmanatha Nasir. Maritime border negotiations are a lengthy process, so Indonesia expects a political push from the two leaders to accelerate the process, Arrmanatha added. The two governments will sign memoranda of understanding on health and tourism and issue a joint communique on illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. Mr. Widodo is hoping Indonesia and Vietnam will continue to cooperate in areas of great potential, Arrmanatha said.

President Widodo is also scheduled to speak at the World Economic Forum on ASEAN in Hanoi themed "ASEAN Priorities in the Fourth Industrial Revolution".
