Information sharing offers countries foundation for development
(VOVWORLD) - More than 300 delegates gathered in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday for the 21st annual conference of the Asian Science Park Association (ASPA). This is the second time Ho Chi Minh City has hosted the event.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong pledged the best conditions for enterprises: “The city is committed to consistently implementing policies, continuing to improve the investment environment, building e-government and smart cities, removing bottlenecks in administrative procedures, and turning auction and tender into a method to allocate the city’s resources.”
The conference offered an opportunity for member countries to exchange experience in hi-tech development.
