(VOVworld) – Iran has prepared retaliatory measures in case the US doesn’t respect the historic nuclear agreement signed between Iran and world powers in 2015.

This announcement was made by Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator Ali Akbar Salehi at a press briefing on Monday on the martyrdom anniversary of Majid Shahriyari, a nuclear scientist assassinated in Tehran six years ago. He said Iran has already made necessary predictions in this regard.

Salehi’s statement was in response to a bill, passed by US law-makers in mid November, to extend the Iran Sanctions Act for another 10 years.
