While meeting with Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende, Mr. Netanyahu said the conference aims to adopt additional anti-Israel stances and that this pushes the peace process backwards and is not going to obligate Israel.

Sunday’s conference, to be attended by some 70 nations, will explore ways to restart the long-stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace effort. Israel has insisted on bilateral talks.
