Justice Ministry guides enforcement of Criminal Code, Law on Information Access
(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Justice held a national on-line meeting on Saturday to guide the implementation of the revised Criminal Code and the Law on Information Access.
The two laws are to take effect next January and July respectively. Delegates were briefed on changes in the laws, especially humanitarian features and resolute determination in crime combating, civil obligations and rights in information access and disclosure.
