He said the ministry has consulted with experts and collected public opinions to develop policies and projects to improve the quality of learning foreign languages in Vietnam. One of the most important solutions is to standardize the curriculum that schools in remote and mountain areas are able to apply.

The Ministry has planned to recruit independent organizations to evaluate the quality of foreign language training centers in Vietnam, revise teaching methods, and improve the quality of foreign language teachers.
