Legislators propose drafting 16 bills

(VOVWORLD) -The National Assembly deputies on Wednesday discussed next year’s law-making agenda which will revise 24 laws and 1 draft resolution.

The deputies made a recommendation to include a further 16 laws to the agenda, including the law on teachers, the law on private-public partnership, and the law on cyber security.

Trieu Tuan Hai is a deputy of Lang Son province: “I suggest discussing the cyber security bill at the National Assembly’s 4th session and approving it at the 5th session next year. Vietnam currently has no legal documents on cyber security.”

Bui Si Loi, a deputy of Thanh Hoa province, said the Labor Code should be revised as part of next year’s agenda.

The same day, the deputies discussed the NA’s supervisory program for 2018 and proposed to increase the time period for the question and answer session.
