Leicester explosion: three men charged with manslaughter
(VOVWORLD) - Three men were charged in connection with a blast that killed five people in Leicester, the UK, late February.

They were charged with manslaughter and arson with intent to endanger life on Sunday. The three men, all in their 30s, are due to appear in court on Monday. On Friday, two other men were arrested over the blast and continue to be questioned by police.
