Libya's Prime Minister Ali Zeidan has called on Washington to explain a special force raid within Libya to hunt a Libyan citizen, a suspected mastermind of bombing attacks on US Embassies in Africa 15 years ago.

Before that, the Pentagon announced that the raid captured al-Qaeda leader Abu Anas al-Liby in Tripoli on October 5. He was wanted in connection with attacks on the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania which killed hundreds of people. The US had offered a 5 million USD bounty on his head. The arrest completed the hunt for a terrorist on the FBI's most wanted list for 15 years.
