(VOV) – The Vietnam Rubber Industry Group has handed over a multi functional cultural house to the High Command of Naval force on Sinh Ton island.

The construction work worth more than 16 billion VND was constructed in July, 2011. The two-storey house covering an area of 740 square meters includes rest rooms and rooms for communal activities. Political Commissar of Naval Force said the cultural house becomes a venue for cultural activities on the island.
