He was speaking at the 65^th anniversary of the province on Thursday: “Vinh Phuc province should promote restructuring and improve economic efficiency to fuel economic growth and the building of new rural areas. Poverty reduction, living standards improvement and unity in the Party will be prioritized while ensuring thorough preparation of the Party congresses at all levels.”
