Revisions to the pharmaceutical bill focus on policies to develop the pharmaceutical industry, state management of the price of medicine, regulations on drug trading, and medicinal materials.

The revision is to make the law relevant to Vietnam’s current development and help people easily access various kinds of medicine at appropriate prices.

In assessing the revised law on association, deputies said associations were operating less efficiently and so the law should set out clearer regulations for state management and responsibility to avoid overlapping and strengthening the relations between the state and associations.
