Many delegates suggested to spend most of the meeting time for Q&A sessions as this reflects the responsibilities of people voted by the NA to some important posts in the party and state. They also stressed on the importance of live broadcasting of such sessions on mass media for the public interest.
Delegates agreed on the need to increase meetings between NA deputies and voters in various forms as this would collect many contributions and opinions of high quality from the voters. Dinh Xuan Thao, President of the Legislative Research Institute of  NA’s Law Committee said: "Reality has shown that voters have contributed many valuable opinions to the government’s policy-making. NA deputies’ meetings with voters in Hanoi, many of whom are intellectuals and scientists, are a case in point."
